Silkwood Kennel is proud to offer a safe and caring environment for your dogs.
We are a small kennel that prides itself on providing individual attention to each dog in our care. We only board up to seven dogs at a time to ensure our staff can spend adequate time with each dog.
Kim Silk, owner and operator, has more than 30 years experience boarding and showing dogs. "I've had dogs all my life and always enjoy working with them, whether it's caring for them, breeding them or showing them."
In addition to his passion for dogs, Kim has also served on local school boards and is the Animal Control Officer for the town of Woodbury, Vermont. He currently works in the private sector after 21 years of service in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
